Print 8 1/2 x 14 on 8 1/2 x 11

The standard size of our charts is letter or 8 1/2 x 11. Some, like our Dugout Chart, are built as legal, or 8 1/2 x 14 since a dugout chart is usually a larger chart for players to read.

However, sometimes a larger chart may be an inconvenience. 8 1/2 x 14 paper isn't available, it doesn't fit on a clipboard, it doesn't fit in a binder, etc. So along those lines, here's how to print our charts from 8 1/2 x 14 to 8 1/2 x 11:

Before you print, make sure the chart fits the size by clicking on 'fit'.

Then click on 'Page Setup'.

On the next form, change the page size from Legal to Letter and click 'OK'.

Before hitting 'Print", make sure your chart is showing it fits.

Once confirmed, your 8 1/2 x 14 will print on standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper.

Now, your larger chart fits on standard letter-size paper!
